This event was attended by 36 students and 2 accompanying teachers from SMKN 2 Ketapang.

Director of Politap, Irianto SP, S.ST., M.MA., in his remarks stated that this activity is a concrete manifestation of the vocational higher education institution's contribution to supporting the development of student skills through practice-based training.
“This workshop is expected to broaden participants' insight and skills in food processing that is creative, nutritious, and has marketable potential,” he said.
The training was guided by a research team from the Katalisator Kemitraan Berdikari Program, who directly demonstrated the process of making nutritious local ingredient-based MPASI biscuits and Ketapang's signature ale-ale chili sauce. Participants not only received theory, but also had the opportunity to practice every production stage themselves.
