Director Holds Sharing Session on Tuition Billing Management with Polibatam

Batam, 14 November 2022, Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), accompanied by Vice Director for Student Affairs and Information Systems Epriyadi, held a sharing session on tuition fee billing management with financial (PNBP) managers at Politeknik Negeri Batam. Present at this meeting were the Vice Director for Student Affairs of Politeknik Negeri Batam, the receiving treasurer, and information system administrators.

On this occasion, Director of Politap Endang Kusmana conveyed the utilization of various modern platforms in managing tuition fee payments implemented at Politap, including virtual accounts, Shopee, Indomaret, Alfamart, and various other platforms. This not only facilitates student tuition fee payments but also encourages payment discipline, thereby reducing student payment arrears.

Meanwhile, Vice Director for Student Affairs Epriyadi presented the academic information system that connects directly to the payment system, promoting single-data consistency for student counts across academic affairs, departments, and finance.

Vice Director for General Affairs and Finance of Politeknik Negeri Batam Bambang Hendrawan expressed his gratitude for the sharing session provided by the Director of Politap, noting that it provided inspiration for tuition fee management at Politeknik Negeri Batam.
