According to Dr. Ir. This program is a non-degree training activity through collaboration between the Directorate of Higher Education Institutional Development, the Directorate General of Institutional Affairs for Science, Technology, and Higher Education, and higher education institutions alongside their industry partners as training providers.”

Meanwhile, according to Adha Panca Wardanu, S.TP, MP, one of the participants in the food quality and safety competence training held at SEAFAST-LPPM IPB Bogor, “This activity is very beneficial for lecturers, especially myself, in enhancing competence, particularly in my area of expertise, which is food quality and safety. Hopefully, upon returning from this program, the skills acquired can be transferred to students so that they have qualified skills when entering the industry directly.” In a separate location, the same sentiment was shared by another participant, Irfan Cholid, SP, M.MA, who attended the Logistics and Supply Chain Management competence training at Politeknik POS Indonesia. According to him, besides enhancing competence, this activity also provided meaningful experience, particularly through direct practice in industry, as well as broadened insights related to his area of expertise.
