Julia Grasela Gladista Lavenia Makes Politap Proud: Wins 1st Runner-Up at Putri Anak dan Remaja Indonesia 2025

Ketapang, 18 April 2025 — Another proud achievement has been recorded by a student of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic). This time it comes from Julia Grasela Gladista Lavenia, an active student of the D3 Plantation Product Technology Study Program, who won the title of 1st Runner-Up in the prestigious event Putri Anak dan Remaja Indonesia 2025 Ketapang – West Kalimantan Chapter.

This event is a regional-level competition that forms part of a national selection series to discover talent, character, and potential among Indonesia's younger generation in personality, public speaking, cultural insight, and social engagement. The competition also proves that young Indonesian women are capable of presenting themselves with confidence, intelligence, and empowerment.

With an elegant and confident stage presence as well as broad knowledge, Julia captured the attention of the judges and fellow contestants from various backgrounds. Beyond her outer appearance, Julia also demonstrated mature thinking and strong social awareness, making her one of the most prominent contestants throughout the competition.

The Director and the entire academic community of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang expressed their highest appreciation for Julia's achievement. In an official statement, the campus expressed its pride and noted that this achievement reflects the institution's success in supporting the development of students' soft skills.
