Politap Holds Sacrificial Animal Slaughter with Industry Partners

Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) carried out the slaughter of sacrificial animals on 1 August 2020. This year, 4 cows and 2 goats were slaughtered: 1 cow donated by Bank Syariah Mandiri, 1 cow from PT.Cakrawala Surya Raya, 2 cows and 1 goat from Politap employees, and 1 goat donated by Iwan Gunawan.

This year's sacrificial animal slaughter also served as a gathering between Politap employees and employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri Ketapang branch. Deni, Branch Manager of Bank Syariah Mandiri, in his opening remarks stated that the collaboration between Bank Syariah Mandiri and Politeknik Negeri Ketapang in this sacrificial animal slaughter is a form of industry care for the community channeled through Politap.

On this occasion, Endang Kusmana also expressed his gratitude to Bank Syariah Mandiri, which for the past two years has consistently distributed sacrificial animal donations to Politap, as well as to the leadership of PT.Cakrawala Surya Raya for donating a sacrificial animal, and to Politap employees who performed the sacrifice. All animals slaughtered in this activity were distributed to employees and residents around the Politeknik Negeri Ketapang campus. Endang hoped that in coming years the quantity of this activity can be increased so that more residents can benefit from the sacrificial animal assistance.
